Overview of Our Current Plans

We offer three plans: Grow, Scale, and Custom. Each plan has its own features and pricing. No matter which plan you're on, your invoice will always have these sections:

  • Base: This is the base cost and already includes one address.

  • Received Mail: This shows the mail you got that month. It's usually free unless you're on a retired plan.

  • Seats: This is the number of users on your account. Extra users cost $20 each on the Grow plan and $30 each on the Scale plan.

Details on Additional Charges

Here’s how to spot some additional charges on your invoice:

  • Multiple Addresses: Each additional address is $50 /month.

  • Registered Agent: These addresses cost an additional $25/month. Read more here.

  • Fees for Forwarded Mail: If you decide to physically forward a piece of mail, you'll see the type of shipping as well as the cost listed in your invoice like this.

Proration

When you change your subscription plan mid-cycle, our billing system applies prorated charges or credits to ensure fair and accurate billing. Proration adjusts your charges based on the time spent on each plan option.

For example, if customers upgrade from a 10 USD per month subscription to a 20 USD option, they’re charged prorated amounts for the time spent on each option. Assuming the change occurred halfway through the billing period, the customer is billed an additional -5 USD for unused time on the initial price, and 10 USD for the remaining time on the new price.

Example

We started using the Stable service on April 1st and were billed for the monthly fee of the Grow Plan on the same day. Here is what our invoice looked like:

Invoice 1st April:

However, during the month, we changed our plan to Scale instead of Grow. The switch was made mid-cycle, so here is how our invoice looked like on the 1st of May:

Invoice 1st May:

Remaining time on Base - Scale

Since we started a new month, we got charged for the whole Scale Plan (red section). But in the middle of April, we switched our plan from Grow to Scale. So here's what our invoice also included:

  • A discount for the part of the Grow Plan we didn't use (green section)

  • To be billed for the part of the Scale Plan we used from mid-month to the end of the month (yellow section)
