One Primary ID – must include your name and a photo.
One Secondary ID – must include your name and physical home or business address (no P.O. Boxes or virtual addresses).
Important: The same document cannot be used for both Primary and Secondary ID. Each must be different.

NEXUS Card (issued jointly by U.S. and Canada)

We have a 30-day cancellation policy:
If you cancel within your first 30 days, we can issue a refund upon request.
