When opening a Stable address, we need to file a USPS 1583 form. In order to verify your identity, this form requires you provide a Secondary ID.

Your Secondary ID must include the name and address of a company officer. Valid forms of Secondary ID include:

  • Driver's license (if it wasn't used for the primary ID)

  • Lease

  • Mortgage

  • Auto insurance policy

  • Voter Registration Card

  • Vehicle Registration Card

  • Home Insurance Policy

  • Bank statement

  • Utility bill
