What is a Secondary ID?

A Secondary ID is an ID with your name and address.

A secondary ID is used to verify your indentity to complete the USPS 1583 form.

Your Secondary ID must include the name of a company officer and their street address. It does not need to include a photo.

For verification purposes, we cannot accept private mailboxes as addresses on Secondary IDs.

Valid forms of Secondary ID include:

  • Driver's license (if it wasn't used for the primary ID)

  • Lease

  • Mortgage

  • Auto insurance policy

  • Voter Registration Card

  • Vehicle Registration Card

  • Home Insurance Policy

  • Bank statement

  • Utility bill
