A secondary ID is used to verify your identity to complete the USPS 1583 form.
Your Secondary ID must include the name of a company officer and their street address. It does not need to include a photo.
For verification purposes, we cannot accept private mailboxes as addresses on Secondary IDs.
Valid forms of Secondary ID include:
Driver's license (if it wasn't used for the primary ID)
Lease
Mortgage
Auto insurance policy
Voter Registration Card
Vehicle Registration Card
Home Insurance Policy
Bank statement
Utility bill
If you are using an international Driver's license for your Secondary ID, you'll want to make sure that it has your street address included on it.
