Sometimes, you may receive mail in your Stable Dashboard that has your address but does not belong to you. This can happen if someone mistakenly uses your address.
What to do:
If you receive mail that doesn’t belong to you or your company, contact us at [email protected].
Our team will handle it, either by redirecting it or returning it to the sender.
How to make sure your team receives all intended mail:
Make sure you’re always using your full Stable address, including your unit number, with all vendors and senders.
Double check that you’ve added all individuals and businesses your company receives mail for in your dashboard. Navigate to Settings → Recipients → Add Recipient to confirm.
