What's the difference between recipients and users?

Add unlimited mail recipients to your address for no charge. Add a user with login access for an additional charge.

We ask you to list "business recipients" so that we can verify that the mail belongs to you.

Any mail that is sent to your mailbox number will be delivered to your address, but the recipient list helps us ensure that the mail belongs to you.

In accordance with our fair use policy, you can add unlimited business and individual recipients for free, and they will not be able to log in. Add any DBAs or subsidiaries under Recipients in the Settings section of your Dashboard.

Users have login access to Stable, and your pricing will increase with each additional admin you add.

  • Additional $20/month for Grow plan users

  • Additional $30/month for Scale plan users

Users can log into the account and take action on their mail (scan, forward, deposit).

You can add a new user by going to Teams within your Dashboard and clicking on 'Invite team member' at the top right.
