What's the difference between recipients and users?

Add unlimited mail recipients to your address for no charge. Add a user with login access for an additional charge.

We ask you to list "business recipients" so that we can verify that mail belongs to you.

Any mail that that is sent to your mailbox number will be delivered to your address, but the recipient list helps us ensure that the mail belongs to you.

In accordance with our fair use policy, you can add unlimited business and individual recipients for free, and they will not be able to log in. Add any DBAs or subsidiaries under Recipients.

Users have login access to Stable, and your pricing will increase with each additional admin you add. Users can log in, take action on your mail, and read it.

Add a new user under Team.
