Additional information about cancellation
Once your account cancels, we will no longer be able to process mail for you (scan or forward mail). We'll notify you if any mail comes in, and you'll be able to reactivate your account in order to view the mail.

Before you cancel your account, we'd recommend doing a few things:
Update your business address with any vendors/ entities you're working with
βCancel your previous USPS Change of Address if you have one open that's forwarding mail to Stable (note: Stable is a commercial mail receiving address, and not a regular address, so you will not be able to forward mail from Stable).
If any mail does arrive after you've closed your account, we'll email you a photograph of the front of the envelope, but according to our terms, we cannot scan or forward mail for you unless you have an active account (you can reopen your account at any time).

Many customers prepay for several months on our most inexpensive plan ($24.50/month) to catch any mail that still may be coming in, even if the business account is closed. If you'd like to do that, please reach out to [email protected].
