Managing and processing mail quickly and securely is our highest priority. Mail is managed differently for Stable business addresses and Registered Agents, which we break down below.
Business addresses
Stable operates primary mail processing centers in San Francisco and New York, where mail is directed for secure, compliant, and efficient handling. This includes tasks such as scanning, forwarding, shredding, and check depositing.
Initially, your mail and packages are delivered to your selected business address (for instance, in Delaware). Subsequently, all mail is sent from that location to either our New York or San Francisco processing facilities (about 2–3 days of forwarding time).
This is applicable to all our business addresses, with the exception of our San Francisco and New York addresses. Since these are situated at the processing facilities, there's no need for further forwarding. If you’d like to avoid forwarding delays, we recommend selecting either the San Francisco or New York business address.
Despite the forwarding process, all our business addresses offer the same benefits, services, and customer support.
Registered Agents
To learn more about the difference between Registered Agents and business addresses, read our guide.
Stable has Registered Agents available in all 50 US states. When mail arrives at a Registered Agent, that mail is processed and scanned at that same location (always with the option to forward to your Stable business address).
