We keep all physical mail in our facility for 30 days. Before we shred it, we'll let you know that the storage deadline is coming up via email.
From an operational standpoint, this keeps our turnaround time fast by making it easier to retrieve documents + packages as requests come in. Documents are shredded after 30 days for security reasons as well.
We recommend forwarding your mail to wherever it needs to go if you need the physical copy.
If you’ve opted to scan your mail, the digital copy will be available indefinitely in your Stable dashboard. We’ll store the scan of it forever on our server.
