How to submit a request

You can submit a request from any mail item β€” whether it already has a document type assigned or not.

  1. Open any mail item

  2. Click Customize

  3. Select a request type, describe what you need, and submit

Be specific about field names and reference where on the document a field appears β€” it helps us build accurate rules. Submit one request per issue so we can track each change separately.

What happens next

Our team updates your extraction rules and emails you when it's ready. Future mail matching that document type will use the updated rules automatically.

Existing mail items won't be re-extracted automatically. If you need data re-extracted for a specific item, email us at [email protected].
