Whenever a piece of mail arrives for you, we’ll notify you via email or Slack. After that, we’ll keep the physical mail for you in our facility for 30 days.

If you’ve opted to scan your mail, the digital copy will be available indefinitely in your Stable dashboard. We’ll store the scan of it forever on our server. Scans are free, so we recommend scanning everything!

After 30 days, we’ll shred your mail if you haven’t decided to forward it. Before we shred it, we’ll be sure to notify you again to let you know of upcoming shred dates.
