Can I switch addresses within Stable?

Switching addresses within Stable is easy — here's how to do it.

If you'd like to switch your current address to another address we have available (see list of addresses here), here's a quick guide to help you update your address right from your Stable dashboard.

Adding a New Address

  1. Go to the homepage of your Stable dashboard

  2. Click on "Add address or agent"

  3. Select the state you would like this address to be located in

  4. Press confirm

  5. Follow the prompts to complete onboarding for the new address and fill out the mail authorization form— you'll receive your new mailbox number here.

Deactivating Your Old Address

  1. Look for your old address on the homepage of your dashboard.

  2. Click the kebab menu (three dots) next to your old address.

  3. Select 'Deactivate address.'

You may notice some additional charges related to address changes when following the steps above — don't worry, just reach out to us once you have canceled your old address and we will cancel any extra charges.

Update Everyone Else

One last quick note — whichever vendors and entities you shared your old address with, you'll want to go ahead and update them with your new address to avoid missing any important mail.
