What is your Cancellation Policy?

At Stable, we’re committed to providing a flexible experience that supports your needs—whether you’re trying us out for the first time or making changes to a long-term subscription. Below, you'll find cancellation and refund details for both monthly and annual plans.


Monthly Plan Cancellation

Cancellation Within the First 30 Days

  • You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • Cancel anytime within your first 30 days and receive a full refund.

  • To cancel and request a refund, please email us at [email protected].

Cancellation After 30 Days

  • You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

  • Refunds are not available for previous billing cycles once the 30-day window has passed.


Annual Plan Cancellation

If you’ve upgraded to an annual plan, our policy includes several refund tiers based on when you cancel:


Within 1 Week of Upgrading

  • You’re eligible for a full refund.

  • You may either:

    • Switch back to a monthly plan, or

    • Cancel your subscription entirely.

Between Day 7 and Day 30

  • You’ll receive a refund minus the cost of your current month.

  • You can:

    • Revert to a monthly plan, or

    • Cancel your subscription entirely.

Between 1 Month and 6 Months

  • A 90-day cancellation period will apply.

  • Example: If you cancel during month 4, your subscription will remain active through month 7. After that, you’ll receive a refund for the unused months (months 8–12).

After 6 Months

  • Cancellations after 6 months into your annual plan are not eligible for refunds.
