Legally, we need the USPS 1583 form on file for us to handle your mail for you. If we receive mail for you before the form is completed and signed, we'll email you asking you to complete and sign the form.
If we don't have the form on file, though, we won't immediately return your mail to the sender. Instead, we'll hold onto it for 30 days and notify you.
As soon as the forms are completed and verified by our team, all mail you've received within the past 30 days will appear in your dashboard within one business day or less.
